Login for Families/Patients:

Click the green “Patient Portal Login” button above to access.

1. Enter your email and choose forgot password for first time log in.

2. If you forgot your password, choose “forgot password” to reset.

Tele Session Access:

1. From the scheduled appointment email “Join the session”

2. From the Patient Portal “Patient Portal Login” above

A notification will appear 10 minutes before the appointment start time. Simply click the notification to join the session.

Note: Once you join the session, do not end your session or your clinician will not be able to re-open the session.
